The building and facilities are very good, but the service doesn't come close to what we are used to in Ottawa, Toronto, Montreal, and around the World. We initially liked this hotel because, despite the fact that we are treated better at hotels in downtown Ottawa (Great Service at most), we like the lake views and visiting the Casino. We like to patronize the Casino and contribute to the approximately $250 million dollars the government, etc., gets from this place yearly. We have stayed there a few times (most recent visits were in December 2022 and April 2023).
