It's forgotten and forgiven and I'm happy to have my items back. I'm not sure they are available anymore so it was great to have it back for sure !!! I stand ready to apologize to the staff but still convinced that more prompt action and response to customers be encouraged since we're not spending $29.95 here. In the resolving/results of my visit to the casino and experience with staff, I am pleased to report that my items were returned and also a very treasured chambray shirt from 2004 with the Coushatta logo.
